Linda Kats

Linda Retouch 935Linda Kats, LPC – is a native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She holds her bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degrees from Oklahoma State University in education. She also holds a second master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations with a counseling emphasis and she holds a license in professional counseling (LPC).

Linda also holds her board certification as a National Certified Counselor. In 1989 she also graduated from Victory Bible Institute. She has written a book on adoption called, Blended Hearts Broken Promises and has authored several audio series on various life improvement issues. Linda works full time as a counselor. She is a private pilot and enjoys running and Bible study. She is an entrepreneurial spirit and owns several different real estate and business entities. She currently manages Breakthrough Counseling and has a limited private practice.

She lives with her husband in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They have four adult children and four grandchildren.

Dan Stockley

Dan Stockley, PhD – is a licensed psychologist. His psychology degree comes from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Stockley has contracted with the Tulsa County Juvenile Court, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs and the Tulsa Boys’ Home.

Dr. Stockley successfully works with children and troubled adolescents. In addition to which he works closely with the court system as a forensic examiner in custody and court ordered evaluations. He works with the family system in marriage counseling and reconciling couples and families.

Dr. Stockley recently joined Breakthrough Counseling private practice group desiring to counsel with in the area of marriages and troubled adolescents. He also serves as the Psychological Consultant for Tulsa Boys’ Home in Tulsa; the Samaritan Counseling Center in Bartlesville; Tulsa County Juvenile Bureau; Rolling Hills Hospital in Ada; McCall’s Chapel Schools in Ada; Mercy Hospital in Ada and Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health Systems.

John R. Miller

John MillerJohn R. Miller, LPC – is a native of Oklahoma, born in Enid and making Tulsa/Broken Arrow his home for the past 24 years. John graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor Degree in Education and Oral Roberts University with a Master Degree in Christian Counseling.  John is a Licensed Professional Counselor who successfully works with substance abuse, marriage counseling, families and children.

John recently joined Breakthrough Counseling practice group desiring to counsel in the areas of addiction, marriages, family and children. John is also a former teacher and coach for Union Public Schools where he served for 20 years. John also served as facilitator for the Union School District Tobacco Cessation Program and the Parent/Student Integration Program which included education-based seminars on tobacco, drugs, and alcohol usage for adolescent students and their parents. John was a facilitator for the Adventure Ropes Course for leadership and Team-building Training at Union 9th Grade Center.

John is married with four children and 4 grandchildren. He attends GUTS Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he is an active member and volunteer.
